We are all energy, each one of us is energy. Our emotions are energy in motion, constantly shifting and changing. We all have energy centers in our bodies called chakras, which vibrate at different speeds and correlate to different body parts and emotions. Our energy vibration extends three feet around each of us, so that our vibration affects the people and environment around us and vice versa. Energy operates via different vibrations and frequencies. For example, love, gratitude, joy, abundance, and health carry a much higher frequency than anger, fear, sadness, and dis-ease. Often, unbeknownst to us, our energy gets blocked and emotions get buried, inviting unwanted behaviors or disease. Like frequencies attract like. To attract love, health, happiness, and abundance, the goal is to vibrate at a higher frequency by thinking, feeling, and living with positive thoughts. It is easier to vibrate at a higher frequency when things are going great. The trick is to maintain the higher vibrations during challenging days that can be filled with fear, anger, or grief. On the hardest of days it is helpful to be mindful, present, and aware. It is important to stop, breathe, and check in with your heart, mind and gut. Think about or do something that brings you joy, love, or gratitude and focus on it throughout your day. Or go for a walk, do yoga, do breath-work, meditate or have an energy session such as Reiki or Clear Light. We all have the power within ourselves to create and live with ease, love and harmony versus dis-ease, fear and stress.
